It was a video appointment. Dr Rekha Agarwal was great. She went over my recent blood work, explaining it thoroughly and discussed ways to continue my progress in meeting my goals to keep my diabetes in check

I like Dr. Agarwal but was not a fan of the video appointment with an endocrinologist. She couldnt feel my neck for the thyroid cancer or look at my feet for my diabetes!

Great caring Dr. Agarwal is the best. I always feel safe with her. I always am telling my friends how great Banner Health is and how much I am so happy with all my doctors.

She???s an excellent doctor and we???ve developed a good relationship over the several years she???s been treating me. She???s a great listener, very thorough, encouraging, and knowledgeable in the treatment of my diabetes. Through her counsel and direction, my A1C has consistently been under 7.0. She???s FABULOUS!

When I arrived for my appt, I was checked in promptly, given forms to fill out, and soon was weighed, taken into one of the treatment rooms, my vitals were taken and not long after, Dr Agarwal came in, greeted me and went over lab results with me. I was given paperwork after she left, and it was fully explained to me what procedures would be scheduled soon for me. I received the scheduled injection before leaving the room, and next I went to the reception desk to schedule my next appt for 6 mo
