Maria called me graciously and we interfaced about the appropriate appointment time and she escorted me graciously to the interview room. She was so pleasant. Then I interviewed with Tina. The doctor's assistant who gave me clarity about my issue at hand. She was light, lively and fun. Then Dr. Goodman came in and explained exactly how the surgery would be performed. I am very confident that the surgery will go exactly as the doctor explained.

There has been some confusion over getting my pre-surgery testing done. I was told to contact my primary care asap. I made the appointment, got to the doctor's office, they didn't have any paperwork from Dr. Goodman's office. I was told by the front desk person at my primary care that I should have been given a packet from Dr. Goodman's office. I wasn't given any paperwork. Tomorrow I will call Dr. Goodman's office to see what I need, or if the orders were sent to my primary care physician.

Location is close, professional doctors and staff. Dr. Goodman is very professional, explained the surgery in detail and answered any questions I had. So far pleased with results.
