Check in was very pleasant, Medical assistant or nurse was cheerful & Dr. Funk was very professional, through, and explained everything. The scheduling coordinator was great too! I was of sure what to expect, however I was treated very well and all my questions were answered.

Excellent doctor, addressed my needs & took substantial time to answer many of the long list of questions I had. Everyone including Dr Funks assistant treated us well and respected our time. Wait time was short. Many medical practices I've been to could learn more than a few things from how Banner treats patients.

I was very impressed with my meeting with DR. Funk. We met with him to try to decide if I would like him to perform the HOLEP surgery I was told I needed. After speaking with Dr. Funk , both my wife and myself decided we would like him to do it.

I had not used Banner's services before and was extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism exhibited from the moment I walked in the door. I always felt safe from COVID exposure. I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Funk spent with me, answering my questions with candor.
