Every interaction I have had with Banner has been positive. The front desk folk are friendly and helpful. Kari, Dr Curtis' nurse aide is fabulous. Dr Curtis answers all my questions, and if she doesn't know the answer will get back to me quickly after she gets the info. They are caring about my time and theirs...I have never waited more than 10 minutes as far back as I can remember.
