      My visit with Doctor Worhauz was fantastic. However, I had originally called for an appointment for surgical clearance with my Primary care provider, doctor Permiakova. My surgery is July 15th. Doctor Permiakova had no appointment until after my surgery date. So they gave me an appointment with Doctor Wright for June 22nd. At 7:30 AM I got a call from Banner letting me know Doctor Wright was not going to be in the office that day and they wanted to reschedule me for July 16th which a day af
