I was quite happy with my appointment with Dr. Dumont. On the other hand, it took me three phone calls over the space of a month after my PCP submitted the referral for me to actually get the appointment. So, my experience was mixed.

Dr. Dumont is wonderful at explaining our options to us, and so pleasant, too! His Medical Assistant, Adriana, went well beyond the call-of-duty to help us. I am not able to walk well due to the condition of my back. After my wife had gone downstairs, Adriana tracked her down with a wheelchair she had located. When my wife told her that I hadn't come down to the lobby yet, Adriana went back upstairs to look for me, then came back down to see if I made it to the lobby OK. This level of caring and
