Dr Daley and his staff are great and professional. However, whomever called and confirmed my appointment could learn what customer service is. The person was uninformed and down right rude.

Dr. Daley was great. Answered all of my questions and concerns and was thorough but quick. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. That is not really heard of for specialist appointments. I have been to other urologist and I???m glad I found Dr. Daley.
