As someone who has sustained multiple line of duty injuries and a hip replacement and lived in different parts of the country, I have been treated in a number of different hospitals. On a scale of 1-10 I rate my recent experience at Banner, including two surgical procedures, a trip to the ER after hours, multiple chemo treatments and my recent check up with Dr. Chippolini and the rest of the Banner medical personnel who have treated me as a 12. Need I say more.

My History with Dr. Chipollini has been superb.

Dr. chipolini is amazing! He is so down to earth and caring but so brilliant at what he does. He takes time to talk about your personal life Your fishing trip! The people at the front desk joke around with us. Our last visit we got into see the doctor perfectly on time. We are in a good place for health care!

Dr. Chipollini and Patti Andersen R.N. were excellent people and clinicians. I give them a 10. Prior to my surgery I was supposed to be taught how to care for my new urostomy. Patti Andersen was out with surgery and there was nobody else to take her place. Thus, I came out of surgery without the benefit of what to expect and how to care for myself. As a former JCAHO consultant, you get an 0 for patient teaching, etc. A ding. My re-admission via the ER was a terrible ordeal. The waiting

The outstanding doctors at Banner, especially Dr. Chipollini, have kept me alive for the past three years. I can't say enough good things about the doctors in the urology clinic - and elsewhere in the system.

You know, Banner is just crushing it in every area. I have come to expect very little from American hospitals. But Banner has had almost no wait time, polite reception, easy to navigate website, polite phone service and very easy to reach, easy blood labs with Sonora Quest more or less in-house. Dr. Chipolini is a joy. The place is spotless. It just makes every other American hospital I have ever visited look and seem like a field hospital.
