This was the 2nd visit at Banner Health and the best 2 health care experiences I've ever had. The staff and physicians took so much time with me. Dr Wong is very personable and explains everything in full and did not make me feel rushed.

I received the best, very personal care from the time I checked in through my appointment. From Tammy at the front desk to Nurse Jessica to Dr. Wong and med student Kaylyn, everyone treated me with such care, concern and compassion. They were very thorough in the exam and discussed with me not only current health issues but future concerns. I have the utmost confidence in their care.

Competent staff and medical personnel keep on schedule so there is rarely any waiting. Every possible effort to protect spread of Covid variants is in place. They did not make me go through Emergency for a dog bite in August. It was handled in the clinic efficiently and the outcome was excellent. Dr. Wong knows me as an individual with a history of several years treatment. He works well with specialists to interface treatment when necessary.

Always have good results and friendly interactions with folks there. I really like Dr. Wong!
