Its been a challenge to establish care with a new PCP since March when mine retired. The wait time is ridiculous and the Banner site is not kept current so many of the providers I selected werent there anymore or not seeing new patients. Im hesitant to encourage my friends as Im not convinced that my experience is not an exception but the norm. Dr Agarwal was wonderful and exactly the doctor I would love to see but shes not available.
